EH.

One major upcoming activity Devil's Duke will do is something very different from just playing dodgeballs. As mentioned always, you will see Dodgeballs in Devil's Duke and on top of that, members live like a family.

So what's up this time?
Devil's Duke is proud to be a part of UCSI Earth Hour celebration event!

Yes, you read it right! Now, Devil's Duke has proven that they are good in dodgeball, creating spirits of sports, doing business, and this time, Save The Earth!

And what has it got to do with me?
Because your participation means that you join to put an effort to help in saving the world. And simply, you are the premise of the Earth so shouldn't you help to make a difference too?

Aiya, I just stay at home doesn't mean I don't love the Earth ma...
The Earth Hour is internationally organised to let people know, see and experience the changes of turning off the lights for sixty minutes. (This is also why Earth Hour is symbolised as 60.) Therefore, your participation in UCSI Earth Hour will let you taste the means of having the darkest night in UCSI South Wing Campus, for the first time in life! If you sit at home, you would probably be watching TV or sitting in front of your computer or reading a book... And whatever you do, it requires electricity which totally contradicts with what we're supporting now! So say you love The Earth just for the sake of saying it.

Ya lah...But...
In 2009, Malaysia has officially become one of the countries to take part in Earth Hour movement. Large companies and groups are also participating this historical event.

For the first time that Malaysia joins E.H., the first time UCSI becomes part of it, the first time Devil's Duke fully in support of it, the first time we're urging people to join us for E.H., the first time you shall mark the First-Time-In-My-Life-I-Join-These-First-Timers Event. If it doesn't make you want to go, it at least rhymes the Earth and you.

Okey la, Okey la! Stop nagging like Ex-President Evon Chong la! So what do you have at where and when again?

UCSI presents a dodgeball game to all students and you are certainly most welcome to join us for fun. It is F.O.C. No membership required!

Once again, it is at

UCSI South Wing

6.30PM

Note: For those who wants to know about Earth Hour Global/ Malaysia, click here. There are many ways that you could urge and spread the words to your friends. It's all in that site.

Dodge hard, Sell hard.

It wasn't very much like a Japanese cultural night until the campus was decorated with green bamboos and red cloth writing the name of booth.

Devil's Duke once again gave their very best in achiving Bunkasai night a successful one by selling cookies, toasts, drinks and beautiful ladies!
Opps, I mean, the ladies who sold the food.
And this made one of the reasons most guys would hang out there.

Despites facing competitions of booths that sold similar stuffs, the ladies ruled the night out simply for the fact that they worked through the day and stayed until closing time. And they were the ones who did preparations before Bunkasai Night.

Since the event, Devil's Duke gained an indirect bond between members. And members 99% of members enjoyed the event tho' there wasn't many activities. So here's a list of people that Devil's Duke would like to thank:

  • Animac Club for the wonderful experience
  • The team who planned, gathering all the raw materials ranging from waffles' paper bag to 'decorating themselves' on their hair like bunnies to promote Devil's Duke.
  • People who helped out at the booth, willingly or... "forcefully".
  • Customers who bought from us, willingly or "forcefully".
  • People who sat around, walk back and forth to make the booth looks more happening.
  • Passers-by who stopped by at our booth but decided not to buy anything from us.
  • Photographers.
  • Noise-makers.
  • Those that we forgot to mention in this list.

Devil's Duke, once again, appreciated your support and effort in making this successful event and leaving some sweet memories to our seniors who are leaving UCSI soon.

You have proven that we can play hard and work hard too!

*We'd really like to post up some funny pictures this time but the server doesn't allow. However, you can check it out the pics at FB or visit our group.
